Replacing a lost Railcard

If you bought your Railcard online and need a replacement, please login to your account and follow the instructions on screen. You can only apply for a replacement Railcard seven or more days after the date of original purchase.

Only one replacement may be issued in a 12 month period for lost or damaged Railcards and a £10 administration fee is payable.

If you bought your Railcard elsewhere, provided you can produce the completed "Receipt" portion of your original application form, you can apply for your lost or damaged Railcard to be replaced at any staffed station ticket office.

Until you have your replacement Railcard, we’re sorry but you will have to pay the full fare. This isn’t refundable.
