Terms and Conditions
1. Prices are based on two adults sharing a standard twin or double room, including breakfast.
2. The prices quoted represent a 20% discount off the Ramada Jarvis bed and breakfast best flexible rate which fluctuates depending on availability and demand at any given time.
3. Up to two children, under the age of 16 years, may enjoy free accommodation when sharing a room with 2 paying adults. This offer is subject to availability of suitable rooms as there are a limited number of family rooms available in the hotels.
4. A maximum of two children aged up to 16 years sharing a room with 2 paying adults also enjoy breakfast free of charge. All other meals for children will be charged as taken unless otherwise stated. Children staying in their own room pay the full adult room price and pay for all meals taken, including breakfast.
5. Dinner is based on the table d’hôte menu, taken in the main restaurant, with a 25% discount applying at the time of booking when paid in advance. Dinner offer does not apply to room service or bar menus.
6. Room upgrades are available at a supplement.
7. Single supplements may apply at specific hotels; please ask our Call Centre for full details.
8. All bookings are payable in advance, non-changeable and non-refundable.
9. The offer is subject to availability and an allocation of rooms; exclusions may apply.
10. This offer is valid for stays until 31st October 2010, bookings can be made from 17th June 2010.
11. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer, programme or promotion and cannot be applied to existing bookings.
