 You are urged to read the Terms & Conditions of Membership agreement carefully and to communicate any questions that may arise to our Membership Services Team on 08448 80 90 80.

Membership Benefits: You have purchased a 12 month membership of The 241 Hotel Club for the cost of £29.99 (+ £1.99 p&p). This membership entitles You to discounts and/or other Benefits on products and services offered by participating suppliers (Benefits) as explained in the Membership Guide.

Renewal Membership: We reserve the right to hold your details and contact You to renew your 241 Hotel Club from when You are in your last remaining 21 days of membership. Unless You notify Us that You wish to terminate your Membership before your second year Membership is due to renew, a renewal payment will be taken from your billing details. If We are unable to bill your specified billing source, You agree to provide an alternative billing source or pay Us by cheque. We reserve the right to increase or decrease the enrolment fee for each Renewal Membership term effective upon renewal of your Membership.

Disclaimer of Liability: You agree that We are not responsible or liable for any of the Benefits provided by participating suppliers and if You have any claims relating to any of these Benefits, You will only claim directly against the suppliers providing the Benefit. This is subject to and governed by their Terms and Conditions. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO ANY OF THE MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS OR RELATED INFORMATION PROVIDED TO YOU. ROCKET UK LTDs LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED YOUR CURRENT MEMBERSHIP FEE AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL ROCKET UK BE LIABLE FOR YOUR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. These terms do not affect those of your statutory rights. We reserve the right to eliminate, add, change and substitute Benefits and participating providers without notice to You. We assume no responsibility for the payment of or contribution to any use or sales tax, which taxing authorities may impose and such taxes, to the extent, imposed, shall remain your sole responsibility or that of the provider of the Benefits, as the case may be.

Cancellation of Membership: From date of purchase You are protected by a 21 day refund policy. On day 22 from date of purchase, no refund is available. If You wish to cancel your Membership, please call our Membership Services Team on 08448 80 90 80. You will be given a Cancellation Reference number which You should keep safe. You must return your complete and unused 241 Hotel Club Directory by day 31. Upon receipt of this We will refund against your Annual Membership fee. You will therefore be eligible for a full refund of £29.99. No refund will be given if your Membership has reached 31 days. These rights are in addition to the standard policy as outlined in the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations of 2000. Entire Agreement: This Agreement contains all of the Terms of Membership card and representations, promises or agreements concerning the Membership card not included in this Agreement shall not be effective or enforceable, if any of the terms of this Agreement shall become invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall not be affected.

Governing Law: This Agreement and the Terms of Membership shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UK law.

Data Protection:
In the interest of keeping You informed and up to date about our products and services, We may occasionally forward information to You regarding specific Rocket Marketing Group products and promotions. From time to time We may also pass your details on to carefully selected companies whose offers, We think, will be of interest to You as Members. If You would prefer not to receive information of this kind, please write to Us or call your Membership Services Team. We will respond to your request within 21 days and confirm that your details have been updated.
